The cost of the Experience is $150

This includes a 2 night stay at Disney Coronado Springs, meals, activities, a ticket to Disney’s EPCOT and an unforgettable weekend!

Hotel rooms are shared (2 beds per room). If you would like to have a private room, this is an additional $300 cost.

The FL YSA Experience is open to all unmarried adults between the ages of 18–35.

You do not need to be a Florida resident to attend. Attendees must be 18 by the time the Experience begins. YSA are invited to attend as long as they are 18 by August 8, 2025, regardless of year in school.

You do not need to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in order to attend. Feel free to invite your friends and get ready to make tons of new friends as we will have 2000 YSA attending the Experience!

Your ticket includes a 2 night stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

This hotel is located on Disney property and many of our activities will take place at the hotel. Your ticket includes a shared room (2 people per room with 2 beds in each room). If you would like to have a private room, this is available for an additional $300.

Yes you can!

When you register you will have the option to request a roommate. Shared rooms have 2 beds and can accommodate 2 people. Siblings may room together regardless of gender.

The person you are requesting must already be registered. This means that if you register before your friend, you will have to make sure that when they register, they choose you from the list of roommate options.

If you do not request a roommate we will assign one to you before the Experience. Roommates will be assigned based on age ranges (18–21, 22–25, 26–29, 30+). You can visit the Attendee Hub to start chatting with YSA and use the “Roommates” discussion to help you meet and find a roommate before the Experience.

Transportation to and from the weekend Experience is not included but transportation on Disney property is!

We know many YSA will be traveling from all over the state and country to attend the Experience. We encourage you to carpool or coordinate travel with other YSA. This is a great way to save money and make new friends! You can do this through the Attendee Hub after you have registered.

All activities during the Experience will take place on Disney property. While on Disney property, parking is included at the hotel and you can carpool with other attendees to the park and Disney Springs. There are also buses provided by Disney which are another good option to get around Disney property!

Full refunds are available until April 30.

We get it, sometimes plans change! If you need a refund please email us by April 30 so that we can process your request.

Unfortunately, the price does not change if you are a Disney Cast Member, Annual Passholder or have a ticket to EPCOT.

The cost of this event is being subsidized by the Church so we are unable to offer a discount. However, we would still be excited to see you at the Experience!

The $150 ticket includes hotel, park ticket, meals, devotionals, games and more! This is still an incredible deal for any YSA.
